Auxiliary machinery for pallets

In the automatic leg assembling machine, the operator only must supply blocks and boards to the automatic feeding device, the assembling is done automatically.

The standard version can produce up to 600 legs per hour, compound by 3 blocks with lengths that vary from 500 up to 1200 mm.

Also available, by request, machine to produce legs of 4 or 5 blocks with maximum lengths of 1600 mm.

Designed for the assembling of legs and also stringer pallets of 1 face and 2 entries. It is equipped with pallet extraction device. It is common the use of this table for the assembling of the legs that later will be use in automated nailing process.

Designed for the assembling of both Euro pallet or 4 Entries pallets with maximum dimensions of 1200 x 1600 mm. The table is supplied with metal sheets to bend the nails and a pallet extraction device when the assembling is finished.

In this machine the operator is in charge of the feeding movement of the slats and also of the cutting order.

Controlled by means of a PLC, the automatic block cutting machine JBJ-210 can produce up to 2,400 blocks per hour. The operator just need to input the desired block length and supply wooden slats.

The stringer´s chamfering machine execute, by means of a milling operation, the stringer´s holes needed to introduce the forklift´s nails.

Execute the boards´ bevel edges by means of 2 milling heads without the intervention of the operator who only must care of feeding the boards to the machine.

In the automatic branding machine model JBJ-070, the blocks are feed by the operator into the feeding system and the machine does the task.

The manual branding device JBJ-080 is an affordable and reliable solution for small productions. It allows the pallet´s branding when it is yet finished.
